Chico vom Marchberger BH IGP2
Chico is everything the working German Shepherd should be. Strong substantial body and head, extreme, and I mean extreme drives and a big gas tank. He is a very hard dog meaning he can withstand enormous amounts of pressure and keep on going. He is fast, has genetic grips and is healthy in every way. Chico is also stable in life, has no environmental issues and is excellent at whatever he does. Currently, we are competing in IGP, so keep an eye out for us on the field.
Chico is a Pepper vom Kap Karthago son and also has a mother line full of driven powerful dogs that I knew first hand. He is a proven producer that passes his drive, grip and physical beauty down to his puppies.

Gage vom Shield BH IGP3
Gage was born and bred here at Shield K9. He is out of my former competition dog Onyx von D’Andico and a Yogi Policia Slovakia daughter. I have personally raised and trained Gage as my IGP competition dog. He has intense drive for the ball and is a high frustration dog that works in a high state of arousal in everything he does from tracking and bitework to obedience. He is not a social dog but is stable with the family. Gage is also a dog that becomes more active with pressure from the handler.
Gage has made multiple IGP 3 with me including at national events. Keep an eye out for us at the next nationals!
Gage has sired one herder litter and clearly passes on his drive and high arousal behavior.

Onyx von D’Andico BH, IGP 3 - Retired
Onyx is everything we look for in a male. Extreme prey / hunt / food drive coupled with rock solid environmental nerves. High aggression and powerful protection work. A lean 38kg frame that moves him effortlessly through high impact physical training without tiring or injury. This dog has no quit in him and displays the aloof, protective and loyal character that is quickly disappearing in today’s working German Shepherd. What I love about this dog most is his clarity with myself in the work, my family at home and the ability to switch into active forward aggression when it is called for. These qualities make Onyx our primary stud here at Shield K9.

Eddie has had undeniable success on the national and international level. What brought us to use Eddie beyond his undeniable quality, was seeing multiple puppies that he had produced that showed excellent working qualities. Dogs with drive, stability and the social character we look for. Eddie produces well with females that carry a little edge and brings some very desirable european blood into our lines. We will be using Eddie for a minimum of 3 to 4 litters and will be keeping back several daughters.
